An opportunity to: learn a new skill such as basic computing. Teach others one of your skills. Receive support in your search for work, filling a form in online or with financial issues.
Now includes an English Conversation Class from 1.30-2.30
And a DIY repair advice surgery. Bring along your broken, household items!

Every Tuesday from 10-12 in the Training Room. Bring along your own art or craft project to complete in company with the rest of the group. Share your interest in learning a new craft. There are always arts and crafts available to try out if you have nothing on the go. Mid session we have a short, break for mindfulness meditation.

Sometimes we start with breakfast followed by a walk and other times we meet just for the walk. We walk in a variety of local areas. Good for health and fitness, great company and a chance to enjoy nature.
