About Us

St Paul's Church, Bordesley Green, exists to give worship and glory to God in a predominantly Muslim part of East Birmingham. We are first and foremost a welcoming worshipping community of local people, although people join us from other parts of Birmingham and the Midlands.

On a daily basis we seek to identify and assist in meeting the needs of our surrounding community through a practical demonstration of God's love as found in our Saviour Jesus Christ. Paraphrasing the word's of St Frances, we preach the gospel using words only when necessary. It is our aim to be inclusive, and our staff and clients come from a range of all faiths and none.

We are ordinary people with an extraordinary promise; that all people are made in the image of our Creator God who continues to work in the world he created and offers us the comfort of His loving arms.

Under the banner of St Paul's Crossover, we operate a Day Nursery, Drop-in Community Cafe, Advice Centre and a fully-equipped Conference facility with various room layouts and offering buffet meals. We occasionally have office space to rent. A small car park is available.
