This meeting may be attended by—
1. the persons whose names are entered on the church electoral roll of the parish; and
2. the persons resident in the (ecclesiastical) parish whose names are entered on a register of local government electors by reason of such residence.

This is then followed by the APCM, (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) including reports and election of PCC members.
