The church will be celebrating the end of hostilities in 1945 and to pray for peace.
The grounds will be open for picnics from 1700, followed by Choral Evensong at 1800, which will be supported by the Band of the Royal Army Medical Services.

After the Service, please join us as we move to the Beacon Lighting which will be held in Manor Park, High Street, Aldershot.

From March 2025, the church is normally open to visitors on Wednesdays and Fridays: 0900-1400.  Please email to check, if travelling afar!


Office opening hours are: 0800-1200 (Monday-Friday).

The Royal Garrison Church is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. As well as working in line with Ministry of Defence Safeguarding Framework (JSP 834), we follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and as a military Chapel, sit within the responsibility of the Aldershot Garrison Safeguarding Officer (GSO).
