Everyone is welcome to join us at 10am on Sunday 02 April for Holy Communion on Palm Sunday. During our service we will celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, including blessing and waving our Palm Crosses. The service is in the Common Worship tradition and our music, including the National Anthem will be sung by our Choir.

We have activities at the back of church for younger people and after our service we join together in the Church Hall for refreshments.

Aldershot Garrison Church Choirs invite you to join them in their Coronation Community Choir to sing at a special Coronation Thanksgiving Service in the Royal Garrison Church at 4pm on Sunday 07 May.

Safeguarding

The Royal Garrison Church is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. As well as working in line with Ministry of Defence Safeguarding Framework (JSP 834), we follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and as a military Chapel, sit within the responsibility of the Aldershot Garrison Safeguarding Officer (GSO). The Diocese of Guildford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who will advise the Royal Garrison Church Chaplain and GSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the GSO (Nicole Bridgman: 0300 153 3329 or [email protected]). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adult Services.
