Maundy Thursday: The Night of Love and Shadow.

Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, 7:30 PM. All Saints Church, Borehamwood.

Join us as we enter the heart of the Easter story.

Maundy Thursday is a powerful, atmospheric service where we commemorate the Last Supper and Jesus' final commandment to "love one another."

As we gather at All Saints, we will share in Holy Communion, remembering the first time Christ broke bread with his friends.

The Stripping of the Altar: A poignant transition as the church is cleared of its finery, symbolising Jesus' abandonment in the Garden of Gethsemane.

The Watch: A period of quiet reflection as we "watch and pray" in the gathering stillness.

Whether you are a regular congregant or simply seeking a moment of peace and depth during Holy Week, you are most welcome. Let us walk together from the intimacy of the upper room toward the shadows of Good Friday.

"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; even as I have loved you." — John 13:34
