About Us

We have a reputation for friendly welcome, and, when allowed, joyful worship. We used to sing simply but well, and will again. Our main preacher is the Vicar, but we also get interesting sermons from a range of other preachers.

We will, when Covid-19 is over, have an active Mothers Union, which meets monthly with interesting speakers, and arranges outings.

Our term-time Craft Club will happen on Monday afternoons, where all sorts of crafty things are made, and there is opportunity to chat

St Thomas' is a dual purpose building, opened in March 1938. In 1995 the Wilbury Hall, a large general purpose community hall, was built behind the church.

During term-time week the Bedford Road Pre-school takes place in the mornings in the Wilbury Hall.

We take Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults extremely seriously; our Safeguarding Officer is Eddie Guy, [email protected]
