Welcome to St Mary's Church, a friendly Anglican community on Watford High Street.

Our beautiful church building is located in the heart of Watford, where the church has been the spiritual centre of the town for over 800 years. Today it is home to a vibrant group of ordinary people who are discovering that Jesus Christ is relevant to the lives of adults and children in the 21st century.

Currently, the Service on Sunday mornings at 10.30 am is both in-person and on-line. There are spaces for at least 100 people in church so please do come along and join us in person. If you wish to join us on-line please ask for Zoom joining instructions ([email protected]).

St Mary's Church is open for private prayer from Monday to Friday each week between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm and on  Saturdays each week between 9.30am and 2.00 pm.  There is a service of Holy Communion, with a short homily, on Wednesdays at 12.30pm.  The homily is also available on the church website (www.stmaryswatford.org).

The parish of Watford is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
