St James the Apostle
Our aim is to to create a church community that is welcoming, loving and draws in the wider community to its' life and worship. In more normal times we hold Services in our Church building but this has stopped to ensure we all stay as safe as possible during the National Lockdown.
We hope that you will find much to interest you in our pages.
We are led by our Vicar, Revd David Payne. At this time our Services can be found in the "About Us" Section of this site or on our webpage in The Virtual Vicar.
In more normal times we offer much moe than just our Services. We enjoy a lot of social and community events organised by the Friends of Pulloxhill Church or by the Parochial Church Council.
We are still planning to publish News from the Pews which is delivered to every home in our Parish.
We are part of the 3Churches Benefice and have strong links with both Silsoe and Flitton Churches. As a Benefice we benefit from having two Readers and two Lay Leaders of Worship who assist our Vicar.
We fully support the Church of England Safeguarding procedures. You can find more about this via the link at the bottom of the page and details of safeguarding contacts can also be found in our Church porch. Details are also available via our website and on the website for the Diocese of St. Albans. All our Services and Events are published here, on our Website (www.3churches.uk), and in News from the Pews
We would love to meet you and welcome you to our Church once we are able to reopen - please do come along. In the interim please contact us if we can be of help to you.
