St Mary's Harlington
Welcome to St Mary's Church, Harlington, this beautiful, historic church which stands at the centre of this much loved, pretty village. The Church family are friendly and warmly welcoming and enjoy meeting together to worship and for social events. The Church is led by Ministers Revd Nigel Washington and Revd Linda Washington, with assistance from Robert Johns, Reader. The church is part of the 'Quintet' of churches at Westoning and Tingrith, and Toddington and Chalgrave where Nigel and Linda also minister.
During these challenging Covid times the church has adapted its worship to include services and private prayer opportunities in church, but also offers a regular weekly recorded service, regular virtual opportunities for worship or prayer, and a weekly remote get together in our own homes to make sure we all stay in touch and look after each other. Links to these opportunities can be accessed through the church website and church Facebook page, or via the regular weekly news email from Linda and Nigel. Do let us know if you would like more information about these different events, or future social events. You will be very welcome to join us, or if you would like prayer or support please don't hesitate to get in touch. Please also contact us to discuss enquiries about Weddings, Funerals or Baptisms, or special family events.
Please contact Nigel or Linda on 01525 714442.

The parish of Harlington is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
