Once again, St Mary's is taking part in this world-wide prayer movement which runs from Ascension Day (29th May) to Pentecost Sunday (8th June). You are warmly invited to pick up a copy of the Lord's Prayer and 'footsteps' in the church porch and to come into church, where shoes will be displayed on the Lady Table, reminding us that God walks with us throughout our journey of life. Please spend a few moments saying the Lord's Prayer or praying your own prayer or leave one for us to offer for you.

During our regular modern Holy Communion service, the children go out and are led in their own fun-filled and educational session with trained lay people. All ages very welcome.

Our regular 4th Sunday worship is a Holy Communion service in its modern format. All welcome

Kids' Club for children aged between two and eleven is meeting after school at the church from 3.30pm until 5.30pm. There will be a treasure hunt and lots of exciting crafts to help us 'change for the better' as we discover how to be more like Jesus. The afternoon concludes with a short worship and a hot tea. Our normal Sunday morning service will be replaced by this special pets' service in the churchyard. We shall be celebrating the wonder of God's creation and giving thanks for our special relationship with our pets. All pets are welcome - dogs on leads please and others safely contained. The service will last for 30-40 minutes and will be followed by refreshments. Everyone is very welcome especially those who walk their dogs through the churchyard; we'd love to see you.
