The Friends of St Mary's is a registered Charity whose purpose is to raise funds for the upkeep of St Mary's Church, Standon.  This beautiful Grade 1 listed building dates from the 12th century and is in constant need of care. The tomb of Sir Ralph Sadleir, who was employed by three kings (Henry VIII, Edward VI and Elizabeth I), lies in the Chancel and has recently been restored. We raise funds with a programme of events.

FOSM Quiz Night: Saturday 31st January. Standon and Puckeridge Community Centre. Doors will open at 7.00 for a 7.30 start. Tickets are £15 to include supper. Tables of up to 8 can be booked with Caroline.
