Church of England Diocese of St.Albans Kelshall

St Faith's Kelshall

Hello and welcome to St Faith's,

You are warmly invited to come along to any of our services or events. We are currently meeting for public worship in our Church building, but do so in a limited capacity and in line with guidelines as a result of Covid. As well as this, recognising the need for many people to 'shield' we stream one of our services to our Facebook page each Sunday and a sermon is posted to both YouTube and our Facebook page each week. More details on the 'Services and Events' page in the left hand menu where you will also find links to online sermons etc.

Please have a look around this site to find out more.

If you are interested in finding out about having your wedding at St Faith's or having a christening, please be in touch.

Also, for much information about the parish and what happens in the village, do visit the Kelshall village website:

The parish of Kelshall is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

St. Faith's Church

We have a service at St. Faith's every first, second, and third Sunday of the month (as well as online worship every Sunday). The third Sunday of the month the service is All Age Holy Communion based on Common Worship. (These services are currently spoken - singing is not permitted yet in the guidelines responding to the coronavirus. However, our organist plays music at various times in the service to allow us to reflect and worship silently). When there is not a service at St. Faith's there is one at St. Mary's Therfield at 10.15am see At this time masks need to be worn by adults.
