At St Cuthbert's we are striving to make our church a safe place for all. We recognise that sometimes churches have been a safe place for abusers, and we are determined to make it harder and harder for that to be true of us. We want everybody to feel secure, valued and loved when they come to us, and we are implementing the guidelines provided for us by the wider church, and we are grateful for the efforts of those survivors of abuse who are helping churches to understand their responsibilities better.
