Meet Kenneth Wilson - the Highway Cellist. In the summer of 2022 he cycled from Hadrian’s Wall to Rome with his cello strapped to his back. It was quite an adventure – the length of England, through France and over the Alps to Italy, and on to Rome. Every day he played the cello, in scheduled and pop-up concerts, busking, and just responding to the moment. Kenneth has written a book about his adventures - The Highway Cello. Join us for Remembrance Sunday. The service begins around the war memorial at 10.50am. We will remember the twenty men recorded on our war memorial who died in the service of their country in the First Wold War - also the woman buried in our churchyard who died in World War II.

Children in the congregation fill our beautiful crib with the nativity characters, as we tell the Christmas story. A charming service for people of all ages. The church is decorated with festive greenery and berries, with lots of candles and a Christmas tree. This is a delightful country-style service in our listed Victorian "arts & crafts" church.

A very special and traditional service for Mothering Sunday. Members of the congregation will be presented with flowers for the occasion.

Join us for the traditional Palm Sunday service.
Palm Sunday commemorates Jesus Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem and marks the beginning of Holy Week. All worshippers at our traditional service receive a pocket-sized palm cross to commemorate this special day.

Join us for the traditional Easter Sunday celebration to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The church will be beautifully decorated with Spring flowers to mark the end of Lent.
Weather permitting, there will be an Easter Egg hunt after the service for children and the young at heart.

The Chiltern West Gallery Quire is a group of singers and instrumentalists who perform the distinctive psalms, hymns, anthems and carols that were sung in the west galleries of English country churches in the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
