Based on the Book of Common Prayer. If you're unfamiliar with the layout of the BCP there's an extract in booklet form to follow. We use the Common Worship Collect & Lectionary readings. This takes place on the first Sunday of the month in Peaslake and then alternates with St James on the second Sunday of the month and so on.
Common Worship (sung). There are Orders of Service to follow. The liturgy changes with the church's seasons. From time to time we have a Parish Communion with Baptism in a Family Friendly service.
The services take place every first and third Sunday at Peaslake and every second and fourth Sunday at St James.
Mondays at 9am including Holy Communion.
Excluding Bank Holidays.
St Mark's Church
With among other things bells, rattles and drums, this is a weekly service especially for mothers, fathers, carers, babies and toddlers. Lasting 30 minutes there are Bible related stories, children's prayers and music followed by coffee.
How long you stay is up to you!
There's a break for Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays and the summer holidays. The Weekly Notes always show it along with other weekday services.
