In our quiet prayer area by the stand for the candles you will find a Tree of Light. You are welcome to write your prayer on one of the 'leaves' you will find nearby and hang it on the tree. You may also wish to light a candle.
On the first Friday of each month the prayers from the Tree are offered to God in a short service in the Lady Chapel which everyone is welcome to join.

The 8.00am Service of Holy Communion takes place on the first two Sundays of the month, using the Book of Common Prayer on the first Sunday and Common Worship on the second. This is a short service, with no hymns, but quiet and prayerful. (No 8.00am service on 9th November.)

At 7.oopm on Tuesdays between Ash Wednesday and Holy Week the Vicar will lead silent prayer followed by Compline, in the Lady Chapel.

A said service of Holy Communion takes place every Wednesday at 10.00am, and everyone is welcome. Ths is a quiet but friendly service, lasting about 30-35 minutes.

This time of silence, readings and prayer is an opportunity to focus our prayers on the peace of the world, led by our Lay Minister George. Come for the whole half-hour or just a few minutes.

Varied songs to revive the memories and lift the spirits - 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11.00am.

On Palm Sunday we shall process from the Institute to the church where our palm crosses will be blessed at the Eucharist service

On Palm Sunday (29th March) at 6.30pm the choir and guests will present the sacred cantata 'Olivet to Calvary' by J. H. Maunder. Entrance free - everyone welcome.

On Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st March at 12.00noon we shall follow the Stations of the Cross in church with prayers and reflections - all welcome

On Maundy Thursday, 2nd April, we remember the Lord's Supper with a Eucharist including foot-washing, and ending with the stripping of the altar. Everyone welcome

From 9.00pm till midnight on Maundy Thursday we hold a candle-lit Watch of Prayer in the Lady Chapel, transformed with foliage into the Garden of Gethsemane. Do join us

On Good Friday members of the Banstead Five Churches gather at All Saints' at 10.00am to walk silently along the High Street, carrying a large wooden cross and stopping at several points for prayers and reflections, ending at the United Reformed Church. We recall and witness to how Christ carried his cross through crowded streets to the place of execution.

On Good Friday at 12.00pm we hold Three Hours' Devotion in the church, in two parts. The first part (12.00-1.30pm) is a service of reflections, readings, hymns and prayers, and the second part (1.45-3.00pm) is the traditional service for Good Friday, including the choir's singing of the Reproaches and an opportunity for Veneration of the Cross. All welcome - come and go when you wish.

At 9.00am on Holy Saturday we hold a quiet Service of Penance in the Lady Chapel, reflecting on the death of Jesus and our need to repent. Everyone is welcome

At 6.00am on Easter Day we gather outside the church to light the holy fire and bring the Light of Christ inside. This moving service, which is partly candle-lit and includes singing of the Exsultet, is our first Easter celebration of the Eucharist - do come and share it.

On Easter Sunday we celebrate the Eucharist at 9.30am, with the choir and great joy. This is a family-friendly service to which everyone is welcome - do come!

Festal Choral Evensong at 6.30pm on Easter Day is a special Evensong, using the Prayer Book service, when the Choir's music provides a wonderful opportunity to lift our Easter worship to another level - all are welcome.
