The church is open every day between 9am and 3.30pm for tourists and pilgrims. Leaflets are available for visitors, and there is a prayer resource area for those wanting to ask for prayer. The Blessed Sacrament is reserved in the Lady Chapel, which is set aside as a quiet area for private prayer.

There is no entrance fee.
