Junior Church - for children aged 3 - 12. We meet during term-time at 10am in The Small Hall, St James' Parish Centre. Parents are welcome to stay or to drop off their children. We enjoy a bible story, games, songs, craft and colouring activities, time for reflection and prayer before joining the Church service at Communion. We show our work to the congregation and celebrate being part of St James' Church, where there is always a warm welcome for all. 

Lego Club - for children 4-12, we meet on the 4th Sunday monthly at 4pm in The Small Hall. We begin each session with a bible story activity, before starting our challenge - to build the story out of Lego! After an hour of construction time, we visit each others tables and children describe their constructions. Then we enjoy a simple meal such as pizza and salad, pasta or sausages, beans and waffles. Family Service - aimed at Children under 14 years, this joyful service lasts 30 minutes and is designed as a way into church. We meet at 11:30am on the 2ndSunday every month in All Souls Chapel, St James' Church. With songs, craft, bible story, reflection, prayer and talk, this engaging time of worship and song is a great way for families to worship together.

The Ark - Toddler/babies group. We meet in St James' Church Monday's of term-time. This group costs just £2 per child, and is so much fun. We start from 9.15am and run until 11am, with action songs and story at 10.30am in All Souls Chapel. This group is great for parents to meet other parents and for children to explore and become familiar with being in church, in the warm. There is a Café with toast, hot drinks and much more. Be part of the joy and help us float Noah's Ark!
