Our book for June is 'The Crossing Places' by Elly Griffiths.
All are welcome to join in an hour's discussion on Zoom, no matter how much of the book you have read.

Dr Ruth Galloway is called in when a child's bones are discovered near the site of a prehistoric henge on the Norfolk salt marches. Are they the remains of a local girl who disappeared ten years before - or are the bones much older? DCI Harry Nelson refuses to give up the hunt for the missing girl. Since she disappeared, someone has sent him bizarre anonymous notes about ritual sacrifices by quoting Shakespeare and the Bible. He knows Ruth's expertise and experience could help him finally call out this case. But when a second child disappears, Ruth finds herself in danger of a killer who knows she is getting closer and closer to the truth...

Safeguarding

Our chaplaincy in Bonn and Cologne is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Chaplaincy Safeguarding Officer. Our Diocese of Europe’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our Safeguarding Officer. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm, please contact our Safeguarding Officer Patra Al-Saadi (safeguarding at anglicanbonncologne.de) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
