Facilities and features
Accessibility
We have male and female toilets behind the church building; if they are locked at the time of your visit please ask the Chaplain for the keys.
There are several car=parking spaces around the church premises, although it requires courageous Neapolitan driving for large cars.
We have male and female toilets behind the church building - they are accessible by wheelchair but are not large enough for the wheelchair to be taken into the toilet; if they are locked at the time of your visit please ask the Chaplain for the keys. For services in the main church there are steps; we plan to have an accessible ramp fitted in the future.
Our Building
Our fabulous building, in British-style architecture, was opened in 1865 following a gift of land by Garibaldi in 1860.
Music and Worship
We have hosted concerts and other events in the past but are currently unable to do so due to COVID restrictions. If you are interested in having an event in the building please get in touch with the Chaplain.
We have a wonderful organ in our building and look forward to having monthly organ-led services once we return to being able to sing in church.
We are unable to utilise our normal worship band during COVID restrictions but are very much looking forward to doing so once we are able to sing in church again. If you are interested in joining the worship band, please get in touch with the Chaplain.
Groups, Courses and Activities
We intend to offer an annual nurture course for those wishing to explore Christianity; please get in touch with the Chaplain if you would like further information.
We have offered Alpha courses in person in the past and hope to do so again once COVID restrictions allow. In the meantime there are opportunities for online Alpha courses in either English or Italian; please get in touch with the Chaplain if you would like further information.
We usually offer Lent Bible studies and have weekly Bible groups when COVID restrictions allow; please get in touch with the Chaplain if you would like further information.
Help for Visitors
Our church building has a rich history, captured in both English and Italian. Leaflets are available for a look around the church, or for sale if you wish to keep one.
Other Features
We collect food at our weekly services for taking to the Salvation Army.
We have a church hall for hire, when COVID restrictions allow; please get in touch with the Chaplain if you would like further information.
