The Anglican Church in Trieste has been a historic presence since the nineteenth century. There was a strong community of British and other English-speakers in cosmopolitan Trieste during its time as the seaport of the Austrian Empire.
The Christchurch church building is fronted by a handsome Greek portico, easily found on your right as you ascend Via S. Michele (no.13)towards the Citadel. (Bus service from the Station, no. 24).
