Our Building
The Church of Saint John the Evangelist is a typical late Victorian neo-gothic building, which seats about 200 people. It was completed in around the year 1900. It is in a prominent location in the city, and looks just like a small English parish church which has been transposed from England and dropped in the centre of Izmir. It is surrounded by an attractive garden.
Music and Worship
Groups, Courses and Activities
There is an informal Bible Study class in Bishop Collins Memorial Hall (at St Jonn's Church) on Wednesdays at 2.00. For further information contact the chaplain.
We provide opportunities to prepare for Baptism and Confirmation. For further information about what is involved please contact the Chaplain. The first step is to worship regularly at our church, and become part of our community.
