A Prayer for Mothering Sunday

Loving God,
we thank you for those who have nurtured and cared for us.
Bless mothers and all who show patient, faithful love.

Comfort those for whom this day carries sadness or loss,
and make your Church a place of welcome and belonging.

Gather us all in the tenderness of your love.
Through Christ our Lord.
