A parish pilgrimage from St Disen's Church to Trinity, Butterleigh and back via Christ Cross. Pilgrimage is a way of walking through life with God - but going for a specific pilgrimage, to a special place, or rediscovering places we already know, can refresh our souls and enable us to meet with God in fresh ways. It's a walk with friends old and new with time to reflect and time to listen. It's an arduous 10 mile plus route, but you can join for as little or as much of the day as you're able. Indeed just bring a picnic lunch to Butterleigh Hall for 12.30pm, whether you're walking or not. If you are walking, then appropriate footwear and clothing is needed, plus a packed lunch of course. St Disen

Welcome to St Disen's. We extend a warm invitation to you to join us for services on Sunday mornings or just drop in at anytime when the church is open to look around our lovely building and/or for a moment of quiet and reflection. If you come along on a Sunday morning you'll also be very welcome to join us for refreshments. We also have a variety of events and activities happening during the week such as our Wednesday Welcome and our monthly Knit & Natter. More information on these and all our services and events can be found on our services and events page or please do contact us.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Bradninch: St Disen is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Exeter’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Team who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact our PSO (Helen Imber Tel: 07779 775334) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Team (https://exeter.anglican.org/resources/safeguarding/meet-the-team/) . If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority children or adults social care services.
