Everyone is able to ask questions of the vicar and PCC about the annual report or any other matters to do with our church parish: Tipton St. John with Venn Ottery. The APCM will also include elections of members to the PCC (church council) and representatives to Ottery Deanery Synod (the next "layer up" in Church of England governance).
