The church is open every day from 9am to 5pm except when services are taking place. Enjoy the peace of this 160 year-old church with its 15th century tower and 12th century foundations. Admire the craftmanship of the stained glass windows that tell the story of Jesus. Pick up a guide or a card from our little shop or help yourself to information leaflets about faith and local mission and ministry.

Friends of Sidmouth Parish Church hold their coffee morning in the church on the first Saturday of each month. Church members and non-members enjoy fellowship over a drink.

Order 1 Traditional Language except BCP on 1st Sunday of the Month.

Eucharist service using Common Worship Order 1 in modern language. The congregation sing the hymns and canticles, led by our choir. The service is also live streamed on YouTube. We have refreshments after this service.

The Annual Parishioners Meeting for the election of churchwardens will be followed by the Annual Parochial Church Meeting to receive reports and elect the PCC. The meetings will follow the 10am morning service after a break for refreshments.

Our parish church choir will give a concert of liturgical choral music spanning four centuries of composition. Well-known works by Monteverdi, Mozart, Elgar, Howells, and Benjamin Britten will be sung alongside other pieces by Philip Moore and Thomas Tallis, and the programme opens with Malcolm Boyle’s thrilling setting of Psalm 65: Thou, O God, art praised in Sion.

Admission is free with a retiring collection towards the church’s choral music fund.

During Sidmouth Folk Week, Sidmouth Parish Church will be open for quiet and refreshments. From Monday to Thursday the church will host a short informal concert as follows:
