Our very special Ascension Day Service, one of the most important services in the Christian Church calendar, will be at 7pm on Thursday 9th May at St Thomas of Canterbury, Kingswear.It will be a sung Holy Communion with the joint choir and live organ playing followed by refreshments afterwards.
The Church of England has issued this prayer:Father of mercies,Grant Charles our King comfort and sure confidence in you,And keep him in perpetual peace and safety,Through Jesus Christ our Lord.Amen
