Join us as for two events this coming week at St Thomas of Canterbury Church, Kingswear in the run up to the 2023 Dart Music Festival:

Ascension Day Service - with full choir and organist at 7pm on Thursday 18th May. Free refreshments afterwards.

Don’t Miss It! - A unique opportunity to hear a short recital by a quartet of renowned musicians at 5pm on Friday 19th May.

Drop in for a brief but brilliant 20 minute recital of the: First String Quartet by Janáček, "The Kreutzer Sonata”, with Lubomír Havlák of the highly acclaimed Martinu Quartet, Miranda Wilson, Keith Berry and Kingswear’s very own Dr Rick Godlee. The quartet is based on a Tolstoy story and although 100 years old, provides an intense and modern listening experience.

Entrance free but donations welcome. Refreshments afterwards.
