Our Spiritual Communion Prayer

An Act of Spiritual Communion:

Lord Jesus, we believe that you are present in your Word and Sacrament.
We love you above all things and wish to receive you in Holy Communion.
Since we cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
we ask you to come into our hearts by your Spirit.
We embrace you as our welcome guest and unite ourselves wholly to you.
Never let us be separated from you.
