Sunday begins at St.Marys with half an hour silent vigil in the sanctuary from 7am. Ideal if you want to experience shared contemplation in the holy place.

This is followed at 7.30am by Lauds (Praises) - which is the Common Worship Office of Morning Prayer with plainchant psalms, office hymn and canticles.

Sung Eucharist with the St Marys Choir followed by coffee

The 8am Eucharist at St Marys follows Anglican Common Worship Order One. Much of the liturgy is chanted / sung unaccompanied.

A prayerful sung meditation using songs and chants from Taize.

We rehearse the songs as we go along and there are periods of silence between each chant.
The chants are sung in parts harmonies not just unison so helps if you can read music or are good at picking things up
