Ally's licencing service will be on Tuesday, 21st April, 7.30pm at Newport.Everyone is very welcome to come and mark the beginning of her new ministry here with us.Ally will be licenced by the Bishop of Crediton.
The Bishop of Exeter is pleased to announce that, subject to the completion of the statutory formalities, the Rev'd Alison Grace Hope has been appointed as Interim Vicar to the Benefice of Newport and Bishops Tawton.Ally is an Assistant Curate in the Benefice of Newton Tracey, Horwood, Alverdiscott, Hunsthaw, Yarnscombe, Tawstock, Atherington, High Bickington, Roborough, St Giles in the Wood, and Beaford.She will be moving into the vicarage with her husband and two daughters, and will be licenced at a service in the spring.
