Our church is open daily from 10 am until 4/5 pm but closed at present. Return to normal when COVID ban is lifted.

St John the Baptist Parish Church dates back to the 11th century. It has a congregation of around 25 people. Its links with the neighbouring local Community Primary School are very strong, and clergy are warmly welcomed into the school for assemblies. The school fill the church three times a year for Easter, Harvest and Christingle services. It has fine views over Bideford Bay from its large churchyard. Open 10-5 daily with visitor information provided.
The parish is a member of the Mission Community with St Peter's Fremington and St Peter's Westleigh. The part time minister of Instow and Westleigh is Rev Keith Brimacombe who is on duty from Friday to Monday.
