Plym Valley Heritage (incorporating Friends of Hooe Barn) is a local history society based at Hooe, Plymouth, Devon, UK. PVH undertakes research into local heritage, holds a series of monthly talks, organises visits to heritage sites and publishes various items on subjects of local interest. Aim: to research, record and support the history and heritage of the Plym valley in Devon, UK for the benefit of the community.
Learn how to use the mind and body together to promote fitness and body awareness, as well as developing concentration and relaxation. The club is run by Sensei Peter Hughes, 8th Dan and Member of the Executive Committee of the Ki Federation of Great Britain.
