Churchyards and Burial Grounds

All our churches have attached churchyards which are open for burials (note: 'burials' also refers to interments of ashes).  At Lamerton we are also served by a municipal cemetery just across the road.  If you would like a burial in one of our churchyards please contact the Vicar for more information.  

We are endeavouring to make our churchyard records available electronically and the first to be ready for that is Lamerton. In the meantime the Church of England has created a basic digital map and database of all burial grounds in England which will be accessible through the Church Heritage Record at https://facultyonline.churchofengland.org/churches.
