Held at Marystowe, this is a festal Communion Service to mark Advent Sunday 2025. Advent Sunday is the Church's "New Year's Day" so join us from all around the benefice and beyond as we begin the quiet Advent journey to Christmas and light our first Advent Candle. PLEASE NOTE LATER TIME OF 10.30AM BY POPULAR REQUEST.

This is a one-off event - a traditional Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer. The service will be printed clearly for people to follow along. We will also have some traditional Advent hymns (think Hills Of The North Rejoice!) and the service will be followed by the usual "Coryton Coffee" (sherry and sustenance). Rev Gill will lead us in this service.

We're joined by children from Lew Trenchard C E Primary School for this special service which is a joint service for Marystowe and Coryton parishes. Singing and Christingle fun for all ages - you're never too old to enjoy a Christingle!

Join us for this service of Holy Communion at the beautiful St Andrew’s Church, Coryton, followed by a glass of Coryton Coffee (sherry or non-alcoholic substitute) and freshly baked nibbles.
