The Friends of St Faith’s has recently obtained a project development grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to explore the possibility of establishing a local history centre at Dorstone Church.  

Our vision is to create a warm, comfortable and sustainable building that villagers and visitors can engage with, and learn about , the history of Dorstone!

We now need to appoint individuals with some heritage experience to help us develop our project. We’re looking for:

A Heritage Activities Consultant to deliver a short series of pilot activities and develop a sustainable five year plan of heritage activity and interpretation;

An Audience Engagement Consultant to research, identify, consult, and engage with local people;

An Evaluation Consultant to evaluate the delivery and outcomes of the project and ensure we do what we say we’re going to!
