The Save Our Church committee spent a Saturday morning in June giving the church a thorough clean. An extendable duster was deployed to remove cobwebs from the ceiling, all the pews were taken outside to be polished and the floor was given a good scrub.
What an amazing May day! Thank you so much to all the people who contributed plants, made cakes, helped, visited and donated to the Plant Sale which raised over £1,000 for the church.The weather was glorious and as well as the lovely plants, there were delicious teas provided and served by Margaret's team. Thank you so much to Margaret, Bill and James for hosting this event and for the huge amount of work that it entailed.

Despite very little notice, on Saturday 5th April around 50 people plus dogs and even two ponies popped in to Apple Tree Cottage for coffee and homemade cake on a gloriously sunny day.Thanks to very generous donations, £340 was raised for the church fundraising campaign.
