Celebrating summer with choral greats by Charles Wood and Samuel Sebastian Wesley - both being remembered in anniversaries this year.
There's lots more by composers directly connected with the choir, including pieces by Richard Lloyd, Richard Shephard, Sam Hanson, Barry Ferguson and Howard Moody written specially for the choir's 50th anniversary in 2008, and the programme finishes with some familiar songs arranged by Philip Lawson.

Summer Concert

You are warmly invited to a fantastic night of music featuring The Night of Music Concert Band and Jazz Band conducted by Dave Andrews and The Night of Music Choir conducted by Polly Jacobs, as well as various brilliant ensemble and solo performances. Everything from classical to jazz to pop! Also featuring a guest performance by Ukrainian Opera Singer, Viktor Rud.
Doors open with a cash bar and live music from 6pm and the concert starts at 6.30pm. Free entry, with a retiring collection for Orchestras for All and St Thomas’s Church.
