St Aldhelm’s in Crossways is the main church in the parish of Woodsford and Crossways. In normal times, there is a service – either a communion (twice a month), Morning prayer or Family service - each Sunday at St Aldhelm at 1030 and a Communion service each Wednesday at 0930, whilst at St John The Baptist in Woodsford there is a benefice communion service every 5<sup>th</sup>Sunday of the month, a crib service at Christmas and services on certain Saints' days.
At the moment, the benefice of Moreton, Tincleton, Woodsford, and Crossways Is in an interregnum period. Currently, due to government restrictions we are unable hold services or open the benefice churches for private prayer. However, services will resume over the Easter period and continue thereafter unless the government introduces further restrictions.
During the interregnum there will be only one service in the benefice on a Sunday. In April 2021, there will be a Holy Communion Service at St Aldhelm’s, Crosswayson Easter Sunday, 4 April, an on Sunday, 25 April; there will be Morning Prayer at St John the Baptist, Tincleton on Sunday, 11 April and Morning Prayer at St Nicholas, Moreton on Sunday, 18 April. All theses services will be at 1030.

When the churches are open, they will work in accordance with national guidelines and those of the Salisbury diocese. Strict social distancing will be required unless you attend in a family bubble. Face masks MUST be worn within church buildings (unless exempt).
There will be a revised order of service in light of these precautions. Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the church.
