Getting here

We are a friendly and welcoming church.  We seek to provide beautiful and dignified worship conducted in a relaxed style which enables the participant to feel included and able to come close to God in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.  We want to be of service to people in our neighbourhood so please feel that you can come and engage with us or ask us to come and see you.

Our Ministry Team

On 15th March 2016 The Revd Julie Bowen became Vicar of St Andrew's.    Before that she was Curate at St John's Church, Bexley. Her post at St Andrew's is half time so she divides her time between St Andrew's and her duties as Chaplain of St Olave's School, Orpington.

Julie is a qualified teacher and has considerable parish experience.  She is married to Revd Gareth Bowen, Vicar of St Martin's, Barnhurst, and has two teenage sons.  We are immensely fortunate to have the continued pastoral support of Revd Elizabeth Davis as Assistant Priest.  The Revd Angela King continues to come to us occasionally as well as to other Parishes.

CAR PARKING:   Kindly note that car parking in the church/hall grounds is very limited.  Parking is available either in Burnt Ash Lane (unrestricted after 6.30 p.m.) OR in the large  free car-park behind the shops opposite the church. Access is via Roslin Way (turn right just before the allotments)  with pedestrian access to the chuch via the passageway between the shops opposite the church.
