Welcome to ‘Connections at St John’s’, our fellowship group especially for older adults and their friends.

Meeting weekly on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon in church for a relaxed time of conversation and connection as we enjoy coffee and cakes together and pause to share reflections on our Christian faith.

Welcome to St John's!  We are a friendly, welcoming Anglican church located close to the centre of Bromley in Kent, with an attractive historic building and a traditional but relaxed style of worship.

We take seriously our Safeguarding responsibility to care for and protect children, young people and vulnerable adults who visit St John's and who participate in our activities.  You can find out about our safeguarding people and policies on our dedicated Safeguarding page on the church website.

Safeguarding

We take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously and we are committed to ensuring that our church and buildings are safe places for all.

Everyone involved in church life at St John’s has a role to play in promoting a Safer Church for all.

St John’s follows the safeguarding policy known as Promoting a Safer Church, drawn up by the House of Bishops of the Church of England. The National Safeguarding Team have also published an interactive guide to safeguarding, which provides a useful overview of safeguarding in the Church of England.
