Church of England Diocese of Rochester The Annunciation, Chislehurst

Church of the Annunciation, Chislehurst

We are the parish church for West Chislehurst in the London Borough of Bromley, offering traditional worship, an inspiring building, and a warm welcome. All services are now taking place as usual, but if you visit us you are reminded to wear a face covering, to make use of the sanitising gel provided, and to maintain an appropriate distance from other worshippers. Click on the About us and Services and events tabs to learn more.

We are well served by public transport, with buses 61, 160, 161, 162 and 273 all passing nearby. Elmstead Woods is the closest station but over a mile away, so it's better to go to Mottingham, cross the road, and catch the 161 to Albany Road!

The parish of The Annunciation is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Rochester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services. A copy of our own policy may be found by clicking on the appropriate tab on the left.
