Bus
Routes 180, 229 and 469 stop all stop at St Francis Road and Lower Road/Church Manorway. These stops serve the church’s main entrance and the churchyard respectively and are a two- minute walk away.
Train
Erith station is served by Southeastern services towards Dartford and London. When exiting the station, walk under the dual carriageway, turn left onto Stonewood Road and then left again along West Street. St John’s is roughly fifteen minutes’ walk away or a short bus ride from Erith High Street using the routes mentioned above.
Our Building
St John's is a grade II* listed building. The First World War memorial is also grade II listed.

St John's is located on Pilgrim's Way from Southwark to Canterbury. We love receiving pilgrims and are very happy to stamp pilgrim passports. Please get in touch ahead of your visit so we can ensure the church is open for you.
