Walking and Cycling

St John's is located on the National Cycle Network Route 1, as well as the Pilgrim's Way from Southwark to Canterbury. It is also less than a five minute walk from the Thames Path, the Green Chain Walk and the King Charles III Coastal Path. Just take the path marked Corinthian Manorway.

Bus

Routes 180, 229 and 469 stop all stop at St Francis Road and Lower Road/Church Manorway. These stops serve the church’s main entrance and the churchyard respectively and are a two- minute walk away.

Train

Erith station is served by Southeastern services towards Dartford and London. When exiting the station, walk under the dual carriageway, turn left onto Stonewood Road and then left again along West Street. St John’s is roughly fifteen minutes’ walk away or a short bus ride from Erith High Street using the routes mentioned above.
