St Mildred’s Annual Meetings Sun 25 April after Family Service

St John’s Annual Meetings Wed 28 April at 7.30pm in St John’s Church & by Zoom 

If you wish to attend a service, please telephone the office,  the Monday - Wednesday beforehand (01474 813106 or email [email protected] ) stating which church, which service and give names and numbers from your household or support bubble.

We will still be observing hands, face, space, with no singing and no engagement beyond those in your household or support bubble at least for the first 3 or 4 weeks.

We will keep restrictions under review and lift what we can as and when appropriate.

We hope to make both churches available for individual prayer during the week, as soon as we can.

We will continue to send out services, talks and other information by email and Royal Mail and we continue to support all of our congregation members with contact by ‘phone and email.

Safeguarding 2021

The care and protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults visiting and participating in St John’s and St Mildred’s activities and services is important.

Everyone who participates in the life of the church has a role to play in promoting a Safer Church for all. St John’s with St Mildred’s follows the Church of England safeguarding guidance; these policies can be found on the Rochester Diocesan website  Diocese of Rochester | Safeguarding ( 

If you have any worries or concerns about yourself or another person who may be being harmed or is at risk of harm, we will do our best to help you.

If you have any concerns that an individual working or volunteering at St John’s or St Mildred’s may be acting inappropriately or harming another we want to know.

Our leaders and volunteers all understand their responsibilities regarding safeguarding.
