St Mary’s is a lively, welcoming and inclusive Church of England church on Wrotham Road, right next door to St George’s School.

We meet to worship Jesus, to grow in faith, and to share God’s love with our local community. Our style of worship is relaxed, joyful and accessible, with live music, familiar songs (including lots of action songs!), prayer, biblical teaching and sometimes even a bit of dancing.

Children and young people are at the heart of our church life. We are affiliated with St George’s School, and we value the many ways in which church, school, families and the wider community can grow together.

Our main Sunday service has a regular monthly pattern. On the first Sunday of the month we have Cafe Church – a more informal service with refreshments, conversation, worship and activities for all ages. On the second and fourth Sundays we celebrate Holy Communion. On the third Sunday we have Morning Worship. Across all our services, we aim to be welcoming, relaxed and centred on Jesus.

St Mary’s is a member of the Inclusive Church Network. We seek to be a church where every person is welcomed, valued and included, and where all can discover the love of God in Jesus Christ.

Whether you come every week, are returning to church after time away, are exploring faith for the first time, or are simply looking for a friendly place to belong, you would be very welcome at St Mary’s.
