Parish Communion

Join us as we remember and pray for all departed loved ones. During the service, we will read aloud the names of those who have died during the past year, along with others requested by family and friends. (A request sheet is available in church. You are also welcome to add names or messages to our Prayer Tree - a quiet space to hang your prayers and memories in love and hope.

The Cuxton Church Choir is getting ready for our beautiful Christmas services — and we’d love for you to be part of it! Join us for our weekly bell ringing practice session at St. Michael’s Church, Cuxton, Wednesday evening from 7:30–9:00 pm
(except the last Wednesday of each month, when practice takes place at St. John’s Church, Halling).
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced ringer, you’re warmly invited to come along and join our friendly team.
Bell ringing is a fun and social activity that’s great for both physical and mental wellbeing. We’d love to show you the ropes!

The Peninsula Big Band was formed 20 years ago and still has a large proportion of founder members. They have performed all over Kent this year, including at Chatham Dockyard's Forties Event and more intimately at Broadstairs Bandstand.
Come along for an evening of music from the 30's to the 90's in the Big Band Style and celebrate their 20th Anniversary.

Children’s Art & Craft Session
All families are warmly invited to join us at the Holy Communion Service in St. Michael's Church.
We’ll begin together in the church at 9:30am for a short welcome and prayers at the start of the service. Then, during the first hymn, children are invited to head to the hall for exciting arts and crafts based on a Bible story theme.
Come along for a joyful time of creativity, learning, and fellowship — we can’t wait to see you there!

You are warmly invited to join us for our Remembrance Sunday Service on Sunday 9th November, beginning at 9.30 am at St. Michael's Church in Cuxton in honour of those who gave their lives in service to our country.
We especially welcome the Scouts, Guides, Brownies, and other community groups taking part in the parade as we come together in remembrance. All are welcome to join us for this important and moving community occasion.
Let us come together as a Parish to remember, reflect, and give thanks.
Lest We Forget

The Mothers’ Union branch meets monthly on Wednesday mornings in Cuxton Church Hall to support community projects and strengthen family life locally and beyond.
Our meetings feature guest speakers, visits, and hands-on activities like crafts and calligraphy that foster friendship and faith. We maintain strong international ties, especially with members in Trinidad and Tobago.
We also partner with PACT (Prison Advice and Care Trust) to support prisoners’ families.
With refreshments, fellowship, and a warm welcome for all, our gatherings are both inspiring and enjoyable.

We warmly invite everyone to Join us with our church choir for a beautiful selection of carols. The service will be held amid a stunning display of Christmas decorations, lights, candles, and a magnificent nativity scene under the altar.
Afterwards, refreshments will be available in the hall.

Join Us for a Family-Friendly Christingle Celebration!
Experience a joyful and festive atmosphere as the Christingles light up the church with a message of hope and light. All are welcome to come and enjoy this special celebration at 5 pm on Christmas Eve. It’s a wonderful way to begin a joyful and peaceful Christmas with family and friends and reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. The church will be beautifully decorated with a lovely nativity scene under the altar for all to see as the Nativity Story is told.
