Our Parish Commitment Our parish takes safeguarding very seriously. Across Cuxton and Halling: • 21 people hold an up-to-date DBS check • PSO has updated Safer Recruitment Training • 14 have completed Domestic Abuse Training • 21 have completed Basic Awareness Training • 21 have completed the higher-level Foundation Training • And 8 have completed Leadership Training Parish Safeguarding Dashboard, with 97% progress and on a Level 3 Safeguarding Action Plan. Safeguarding is a standing item at every PCC meeting, meaning it is always being reviewed and improved. The Safeguarding Hub supports our Parish with safer Recruitment and People Management. Our church aims to be welcoming to all, with a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The building is well maintained, clean, and safe with a range of facilities for all ages and abilities offering reassurance that we care for one another not only spiritually but practically.
