Lady Day Service on Wednesday 25th March 9.30am Cuxton Church

Occurring
for 1 hour
Venue
St. Michael's Cuxton Church
Address
St. Michael's Cuxton Church, 6 Rochester Road, Cuxton, ME2 1AF, United Kingdom

You are warmly invited to join us for our Lady Day Service on 25th March at St. Michael's Church, Cuxton.
Lady Day, also known as the Feast of the Annunciation, commemorates the day the Angel Gabriel told the Virgin Mary that she would conceive Jesus Christ. Falling exactly nine months before Christmas, it marks an important moment in the Christian calendar and has been observed for centuries.

Lady Day has also been a significant day for the Mothers' Union since 1897. The Mothers’ Union (MU) is a Christian organisation that has been supporting families worldwide for nearly 150 years, working through prayer, practical support, and community outreach to strengthen family life across the globe.

Last year, Mothers’ Union celebrated their 150th anniversary, the theme was “Join Us, Join In”, celebrating Mary Sumner’s vision and encouraging members and friends to grow in faith, service, and outreach.

Whether you are a long-standing member, connected with Mothers’ Union, or simply interested in learning more about Lady Day, we would love you to join us. Come along, bring a friend, and share in this special and historic celebration. We look forward to welcoming you on 25th March.
